Cultural context & artisan story
This speaks of courage without guarantees. It asks what does it mean to move forward when the outcome is uncertain? A decision made in spite of fear, a movement forward when stillness becomes more dangerous than the unknown.

Product description
Overview
An original acrylic painting on canvas by Nigerian contemporary artist Victor Ubabike, created in his signature style of Geometric Figurative Expressionism. This evocative portrait uses bold geometric forms, cubist-inspired composition and a warm palette of golds, ochres and earth tones to explore courage in the face of uncertainty, the choice to move forward when stillness becomes more dangerous than the unknown. A one-of-a-kind statement piece, this contemporary African artwork brings depth, movement and emotion to any home, office or gallery wall. Hand-painted and signed by the artist.
