An original acrylic painting on canvas of a crowd of stylised faces. Bold, cubist faces in yellow, red, orange, blue and purple overlap across a pale ground, each outlined in black and patterned with dots, checks and spirals, with beaded earrings hanging below. The artist paints the faces as the challenges, hopes, battles, joys and daily struggles each of us carries, and the way they meet and work together as harmony. Size: 24 x 30cm, as given by the artist. Acrylic on canvas, signed by the artist in the lower right corner. This is a single original painting and there is one in stock. Care: hang away from direct sunlight and damp, and dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
I am a God-taught artist, and I work in oil, acrylic and mixed media because life is not made of one colour or one texture. I paint to give hope, courage and joy as we navigate the challenges of life. Inspired by family and life in Jos, I celebrate unity in diversity, and the strength we find when we come together.
