A brass cuff bracelet and matching drop earrings, set with turquoise stones. Bahari is the Swahili word for the sea, and the maker made this set with the blue of the ocean in mind. The cuff is a wide band of polished brass with a large oval turquoise stone at the centre and a raised cast brass detail on either side. It is open at the back, so it slips on over the wrist. The earrings are open, eye shaped brass frames, each holding a round turquoise stone, and hang from hook ear wires. You receive the cuff and one pair of earrings. The maker gives the size as 6 x 6cm. Care: brass darkens naturally with wear. A soft dry cloth brings back the shine; keep the pieces away from water and perfume.
