My journey into beading started with a deep love for my culture and a passion for creating beautiful things. As a solo artisan in South Africa, I wanted to turn traditional beadwork into luxury fashion statements. That is how IZIGIBEADS by Thumeka was born. What makes my boutique special is that I am involved in every single step. I design the intricate geometric patterns, hand-weave each item bead by bead, and model the finished pieces myself.
